Karin Thelin

I founded Sidasih Yoga, which is my Indonesian name. It was also in Bali that I discovered I wanted to become a yoga teacher.

My motto is to live life in a sustainable way, more than I did before. Actively create space for breathing, pauses and reflection that would otherwise would not exist.

I want to be where you are and can practice yoga.

Easily digitally from home.
Outdoors in nature.
I am located at Hälsans Hus in Lund, Nordic Wellness St Lars in Lund, Burlöv's parish in Arlöv & Åkarp, Hälsoverkstan in Lund, my little home studio in Östra Lund.
